“ ‘I brought you into the land of the Amorites, that lived beyond the Jordan. They fought with you, and I gave them into your hand. You possessed their land, and I destroyed them from before you.

“Entonces os traje a la tierra de los amorreos que habitaban al otro lado del Jordán, y ellos pelearon contra vosotros; los entregué en vuestras manos, y tomasteis posesión de su tierra cuando yo los destruí delante de vosotros.
