T he border went up by the valley of the son of Hinnom to the side of the Jebusite (also called Jerusalem) southward; and the border went up to the top of the mountain that lies before the valley of Hinnom westward, which is at the farthest part of the valley of Rephaim northward.

Il confine risaliva quindi per la valle del figlio di Hinnom fino alle pendici meridionali della città dei Gebusei (che è Gerusalemme). Il confine risaliva poi fino alla cima del monte che si trova di fronte alla valle di Hinnom a ovest, che rimane all'estremità della valle dei Refaim a nord.
