N ow if there were perfection through the Levitical priesthood (for under it the people have received the law), what further need was there for another priest to arise after the order of Melchizedek, and not be called after the order of Aaron?

Dacă, dar, desăvîrşirea ar fi fost cu putinţă prin preoţia Leviţilor, -căci supt preoţia aceasta a primit poporul Legea-ce nevoie mai era să se ridice un alt preot,, după rînduiala lui Melhisedec``, şi nu după rînduiala lui Aaron?
