B eware that there not be a base thought in your heart, saying, “The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand”; and your eye be evil against your poor brother, and you give him nothing; and he cry to Yahweh against you, and it be sin to you.

Ten cuidado de no abrigar en tu corazón pensamientos perversos, ni digas: “Ya está cerca el año séptimo, el de la condonación de deudas”, y veas con malos ojos a tu compatriota necesitado y no le des; porque él podrá clamar al Señor y este pecado contará contra ti.
