b ut you shall surely kill him. Your hand shall be first on him to put him to death, and afterwards the hands of all the people.

sondern sollst ihn erwürgen. Deine Hand soll die erste über ihm sein, daß man ihn töte, und darnach die Hand des ganzen Volks.
