F or even they who receive circumcision don’t keep the law themselves, but they desire to have you circumcised, that they may boast in your flesh.

Those who have gone through the religious act of becoming a Jew do not even keep the Law themselves. But they want you to go through that religious act so they can be proud that you are their followers.
