B ut every woman praying or prophesying with her head unveiled dishonors her head. For it is one and the same thing as if she were shaved.

وَكُلُّ امْرأةٍ تُصَلِّي أوْ تَتَنَبَّأُ أمامَ الكَنِيسَةِ وَهِيَ مَكشُوفَةُ الرَّأسِ تُهِينُ رَأسَها، وَهِيَ أشبَهُ تَماماً بامرأةٍ مَحلُوقَةِ الرَّأْسِ.
