B ut coming to a place where two seas met, they ran the vessel aground. The bow struck and remained immovable, but the stern began to break up by the violence of the waves.

Pero dando en un escollo donde se encuentran dos corrientes, hicieron encallar la nave; y la proa se clavó y quedó inmóvil, mientras que la popa se abría con la violencia de las olas.
