W hen he had stayed among them more than ten days, he went down to Caesarea, and on the next day he sat on the judgment seat, and commanded Paul to be brought.

Festus ne passa que huit à dix jours parmi eux, puis il descendit à Césarée. Le lendemain, s'étant assis sur son tribunal, il donna l'ordre qu'on amenât Paul.
