John 18:37 ~ João 18:37

P ilate therefore said to him, “Are you a king then?” Jesus answered, “You say that I am a king. For this reason I have been born, and for this reason I have come into the world, that I should testify to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth listens to my voice.”

Perguntou-lhe, pois, Pilatos: Logo tu és rei? Respondeu Jesus: Tu dizes que eu sou rei. Eu para isso nasci, e para isso vim ao mundo, a fim de dar testemunho da verdade. Todo aquele que é da verdade ouve a minha voz.
