T hen the chief priests, the scribes, and the elders of the people were gathered together in the court of the high priest, who was called Caiaphas.

وَكانَ قَدِ اجتَمَعَ كِبارُ الكَهَنَةِ وَشُيُوخُ الشَّعبِ فِي قَصْرِ رَئِيسِ الكَهَنَةِ قِيافا.
