T he cities shall be to you for refuge from the avenger, that the man slayer not die, until he stands before the congregation for judgment.

Esas ciudades servirán para refugiarse del que quiera tomar venganza, pues el homicida no será condenado a muerte hasta que sea juzgado en presencia de la congregación.
