H e rebukes the sea, and makes it dry, and dries up all the rivers. Bashan languishes, and Carmel; and the flower of Lebanon languishes.

他 斥 责 海 ， 使 海 乾 了 ， 使 一 切 江 河 乾 涸 。 巴 珊 和 迦 密 的 树 林 衰 残 ； 利 巴 嫩 的 花 草 也 衰 残 了 。
