H e killed it; and Moses took the blood, and put it around on the horns of the altar with his finger, and purified the altar, and poured out the blood at the base of the altar, and sanctified it, to make atonement for it.

Mosè lo scannò, ne prese del sangue, lo mise col dito sui corni dell'altare tutt'intorno e purificò l'altare; poi sparse il sangue alla base dell'altare e lo consacrò per fare su di esso l'espiazione.
