N evertheless leave the stump of its roots in the earth, even with a band of iron and brass, in the tender grass of the field; and let it be wet with the dew of the sky: and let his portion be with the animals in the grass of the earth:

Lasciate però nella terra il ceppo delle sue radici, legato con catene di ferro e di bronzo fra l'erba dei campi. Sia bagnato dalla rugiada del cielo e abbia con gli animali la sua parte d'erba della terra.
