T hey were scattered, because there was no shepherd; and they became food to all the animals of the field, and were scattered.

فَتَشَتَّتْ لِأنَّها بِلا راعٍ، وَصارَتْ فَرِيسَةً لِكُلِّ حَيَوانٍ بَرِّيٍّ فِي السُّهُولِ.
