T hus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require my sheep at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the sheep; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more; and I will deliver my sheep from their mouth, that they may not be food for them.

Kështu thotë Zoti, Zoti: "Ja, unë jam kundër barinjve; do t’u kërkoj llogari për delet e mia dhe nuk do t’i lë t’i kullotin delet. Barinjtë nuk do të kullotin më veten e tyre, sepse do t’u heq nga goja e tyre delet e mia dhe nuk do të jenë më ushqimi i tyre.
