H is breath is as an overflowing stream that reaches even to the neck, to sift the nations with the sieve of destruction; and a bridle that leads to ruin will be in the jaws of the peoples.

su aliento es como un torrente que llega hasta el cuello y que todo lo inunda; va a zarandear a las naciones con una criba destructora; va a poner un freno en la quijada de los pueblos, para hacerlos errar.
