B ehold, the day of Yahweh comes, cruel, with wrath and fierce anger; to make the land a desolation, and to destroy its sinners out of it.

ها يَومُ اللهِ قادِمٌ. وَهُوَ يَومٌ قاسٍ مَعَ سَخَطٍ وَغَضَبٍ يَشتَعِلُ لِخَرَابِ الأرْضِ وَلإبادَةِ الخُطاةِ مِنها.
