“ Don’t make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, lest they play the prostitute after their gods, and sacrifice to their gods, and one call you and you eat of his sacrifice;

Să nu închei legământ cu locuitorii ţării ca nu cumva, atunci când se vor prostitua înaintea zeilor lor şi le vor aduce jertfe, să te cheme şi pe tine ca să mănânci din jertfele lor.
