T hey judged the people at all times. They brought the hard causes to Moses, but every small matter they judged themselves.

فَكانُوا يَنْظُرُونَ فِي قَضايا الشَّعبِ كُلَّ الوَقتِ، فَيُحضِرُونَ القَضَايا الصَّعْبَةَ إلَى مُوسَى، بَينَما يَحكُمُونَ هُمْ فِي المَشاكِلِ الصَّغِيرَةِ.
