M oses said, “This is the thing which Yahweh has commanded, ‘Let an omer-full of it be kept throughout your generations, that they may see the bread with which I fed you in the wilderness, when I brought you out of the land of Egypt.’”

Mosè disse: «Questo è quello che il Signore ha ordinato: “Riempi un omer di manna, perché sia conservato per i vostri discendenti, perché vedano il pane col quale vi ho nutriti nel deserto, quando vi ho fatti uscire dal paese d’Egitto”».
