H e brought me up also out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay. He set my feet on a rock, and gave me a firm place to stand.

他 从 祸 坑 里 ， 从 淤 泥 中 ， 把 我 拉 上 来 ， 使 我 的 脚 立 在 磐 石 上 ， 使 我 脚 步 稳 当 。
