I f it pleases the king, let it be written that they be destroyed; and I will pay ten thousand talents of silver into the hands of those who are in charge of the king’s business, to bring it into the king’s treasuries.”

Si le roi le trouve bon, qu'on écrive l'ordre de les faire périr; et je pèserai dix mille talents d'argent entre les mains des fonctionnaires, pour qu'on les porte dans le trésor du roi.
