B ut he scorned the thought of laying hands on Mordecai alone, for they had made known to him Mordecai’s people. Therefore Haman sought to destroy all the Jews who were throughout the whole kingdom of Ahasuerus, even Mordecai’s people.

Но мислеше, че да сложи ръка само на Мардохей, ще бъде нещо нищожно; затова, понеже му бяха казали от кой народ беше Мардохей, Аман искаше да изтреби Мардохеевия народ, т. е. всички юдеи, които бяха в цялото царство на Асуир.
