Nehemiah 8:18 ~ ﻧﺤﻤﻴﺎ 8:18

A lso day by day, from the first day to the last day, he read in the book of the law of God. They kept the feast seven days; and on the eighth day was a solemn assembly, according to the ordinance.

وَكانَ عَزْرا يَقرَأُ مِنْ كِتابِ شَرِيعَةِ اللهِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ مِنْ أوَّلِ يَوْمٍ إلَى آخِرِ يَوْمٍ فِي الاحتِفالِ. وَاحتَفَلُوا سَبعَةَ أيّامٍ، وَفِي اليَوْمِ الثّامِنِ كانَ هُناكَ اجتِماعٌ خاصٌّ كَما تَقُولُ الشَّرِيعَةُ.
