T hen Ezra arose, and made the chiefs of the priests, the Levites, and all Israel, to swear that they would do according to this word. So they swore.

Ezra s-a ridicat şi le-a pus pe căpeteniile preoţilor şi ale leviţilor şi pe tot poporul lui Israel să jure că vor face ce s-a hotărât. Şi ei au jurat.
