Ezra 1:3 ~ Esdras 1:3

W hoever there is among you of all his people, may his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem, which is in Judah, and build the house of Yahweh, the God of Israel (he is God), which is in Jerusalem.

Quem há entre vós de todo o seu povo (seja seu Deus com ele) suba para Jerusalém, que é em Judá, e edifique a casa do Senhor, Deus de Israel; ele é o Deus que habita em Jerusalém.
