T herefore Yahweh brought on them the captains of the army of the king of Assyria, who took Manasseh in chains, and bound him with fetters, and carried him to Babylon.

Allora il Signore fece venire contro di loro i capi dell’esercito del re d’Assiria, che catturarono Manasse con uncini; e, legatolo con una doppia catena di bronzo, lo portarono a Babilonia.
