T he priests went in to the inner part of Yahweh’s house, to cleanse it, and brought out all the uncleanness that they found in Yahweh’s temple into the court of Yahweh’s house. The Levites took it, to carry it out abroad to the brook Kidron.

Die Priester aber gingen hinein inwendig ins Haus des HERRN, zu reinigen und taten alle Unreinigkeit, die im Tempel des HERRN gefunden ward, auf den Hof am Hause des HERRN, und die Leviten nahmen sie und trugen sie hinaus an den Bach Kidron.
