H e built towers in the wilderness, and dug out many cisterns, for he had much livestock; in the lowland also, and in the plain: and he had farmers and vineyard keepers in the mountains and in the fruitful fields; for he loved farming.

Também construiu torres no deserto e cavou muitas cisternas, pois ele possuía muitos rebanhos na Sefelá e na planície. Ele mantinha trabalhadores em seus campos e em suas vinhas, nas colinas e nas terras férteis, pois gostava da agricultura.
