F or Judah prevailed above his brothers, and from him came the prince; but the birthright was Joseph’s)—

وَمَعْ أنَّ يَهُوذا كانَ الأقْوَى فِي إخْوَتِهِ، وَجاءَ مِنْهُ الحاكِمٌ، إلّا أنَّ حُقُوقَ الابْنِ البِكْرِ كانَتْ مِنْ نَصِيبِ يُوسُفَ.
