W hen all the men of Israel who were in the valley saw that they fled, and that Saul and his sons were dead, they abandoned their cities, and fled; and the Philistines came and lived in them.

Quando tutti gli Israeliti che abitavano nella valle videro che i loro erano fuggiti e che Saul e i suoi figli erano morti abbandonarono le loro città e fuggirono. Allora vennero i Filistei e vi si stabilirono.
