A s he was telling the king how he had restored to life him who was dead, behold, the woman, whose son he had restored to life, begged the king for her house and for her land. Gehazi said, “My lord, O king, this is the woman, and this is her son, whom Elisha restored to life.”

Y mientras él estaba contando al rey cómo había hecho vivir a un muerto, he aquí que la mujer, a cuyo hijo él había resucitado, vino para implorar al rey por su casa y por sus tierras. Entonces dijo Guejazí: Rey señor mío, ésta es la mujer, y éste es su hijo, al cual Eliseo resucitó.
