T hen a breach was made in the city, and all the men of war fled by night by the way of the gate between the two walls, which was by the king’s garden (now the Chaldeans were against the city around it); and the king went by the way of the Arabah.

Y al ser abierta una brecha en la ciudad, todos los hombres de guerra huyeron de noche por el camino de la puerta entre las dos murallas, junto al jardín del rey, estando los Caldeos alrededor de la ciudad, y se fueron por el camino del Arabá.
