H e was buried in his tomb in the garden of Uzza, and Josiah his son reigned in his place.

وَدُفِنَ آمُونُ فِي قَبْرِهِ فِي بُسْتانِ عُزّا. وَخَلَفَهُ فِي الحُكْمِ ابْنُهُ يُوشِيّا.
