1 Kings 8:9 ~ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﻮﻙ ﺍﻷﻭ 8:9

T here was nothing in the ark except the two stone tablets which Moses put there at Horeb, when Yahweh made a covenant with the children of Israel, when they came out of the land of Egypt.

وَلَمْ يَكُنْ فِي صُنْدُوقِ العَهْدِ إلّا اللَّوْحانِ الحَجَرِيّانِ اللَّذانِ وَضَعَهُما مُوسَى فِيهِ فِي حُورِيبَ. فَفِي ذَلِكَ المَكانِ قَطَعَ اللهُ عَهْداً مَعَ بَنِي إسْرائِيلَ بَعْدَ خُرُوجِهِمْ مِنْ مِصْرَ.
