A hab said to Obadiah, “Go through the land, to all the springs of water, and to all the brooks. Perhaps we may find grass and save the horses and mules alive, that we not lose all the animals.”

Achab disse ad Abdia: «Va' attraverso il paese verso tutte le sorgenti e tutti i corsi d'acqua; forse troveremo erba sufficiente per poter conservare in vita i cavalli e i muli e non dovremo uccidere nessuno dei nostri animali».
