L et them therefore give us two bulls; and let them choose one bull for themselves, and cut it in pieces, and lay it on the wood, and put no fire under; and I will dress the other bull, and lay it on the wood, and put no fire under it.

Dateci dunque due tori; quelli ne scelgano uno per loro, lo facciano a pezzi e lo mettano sulla legna, senz’appiccarvi il fuoco; io pure preparerò l’altro toro, lo metterò sulla legna e non vi appiccherò il fuoco.
