V ì ấy bởi điều đó mà Tin Lành cũng đã giảng ra cho kẻ chết, hầu cho sau khi chịu xét đoán theo loài người về phần xác, thì họ được sống theo Đức Chúa Trời về phần hồn.

For the gospel has for this purpose been preached even to those who are dead, that though they are judged in the flesh as men, they may live in the spirit according to the will of God.
