K hi kẻ tiên tri nhân danh Đức Giê-hô-va nói, ví bằng lời người nói không xảy đến và không ứng nghiệm, ấy là lời mà Đức Giê-hô-va chẳng có phán. Kẻ tiên tri đó bởi sự kiêu ngạo mà nói ra: chớ sợ người.

when a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, if the thing does not happen or come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him.
