N ếu Chúa chẳng giảm bớt các ngày ấy, thì không có sanh vật nào được cứu; song vì cớ những kẻ Ngài đã chọn, nên Ngài đã giảm bớt các ngày ấy.

And unless the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake, whom He chose, He shortened the days.
