K ẻ nào hốt tro con bò cái tơ phải giặt áo xống mình và bị ô uế đến chiều tối. Điều nầy sẽ làm một lệ định đời đời cho dân Y-sơ-ra-ên và cho khách ngoại bang kiều ngụ giữa dân đó.

And he that gathereth the ashes of the heifer shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even: and it shall be unto the children of Israel, and unto the stranger that sojourneth among them, for a statute for ever.
