M ỗi năm một lần phải làm lễ chuộc tội cho dân Y-sơ-ra-ên, đặng làm cho sạch các tội lỗi của chúng; ấy sẽ một lệ định đời đời cho các ngươi vậy. A-rôn làm y như Đức Giê-hô-va đã phán dặn Môi-se.

“This shall be an everlasting statute for you, to make atonement for the children of Israel once in the year because of all their sins.” It was done as Yahweh commanded Moses.
