H ỡi vua, vua nhìn xem, và nầy, có một pho tượng lớn. Pho tượng đó to lớn và rực rỡ lạ thường; đứng trước mặt vua, và hình dạng dữ tợn.

Thou, O king, sawest, and behold a great image. This great image, whose brightness was excellent, stood before thee; and the form thereof was terrible.
