C húa Giê-hô-va phán như vầy: Vì dân Ê-đôm đã làm sự báo thù nghịch cùng nhà Giu-đa, và nhơn báo thù nhà ấy mà phạm tội nặng, nên Chúa Giê-hô-va phán như vầy:
