V ì ta là Đức Giê-hô-va, ta sẽ nói, và lời ta nói sẽ làm thành, không hoãn lại nữa. Hỡi nhà bạn nghịch! Aáy là đương ngày các ngươi mà ta sẽ rao lời tiên tri và sẽ làm thành, Chúa Giê-hô-va phán vậy.
