H ỡi con người, dân cư thành Giê-ru-sa-lem đã nói cùng anh em ngươi, chính anh em ngươi, là những kẻ bà con ngươi, và cả nhà Y-sơ-ra-ên, hết cả mọi người, rằng: Hỡi lìa xa Đức Giê-hô-va; đất nầy đã được ban cho chúng ta làm cơ nghiệp.

Son of man, your brethren, even your kindred, your fellow exiles, and all the house of Israel, all of them, are they of whom the inhabitants of Jerusalem have said, They have gone far from the Lord; therefore this land is given to us for a possession.
