A i là người khôn ngoan đặng hiểu những sự nầy? và miệng Đức Giê-hô-va nói cùng ai, để người báo tin? vì làm sao xứ nầy bị diệt bị cháy như đồng vắng, đến nỗi không ai qua lại?

Who is the wise man who may understand this? To whom has the mouth of the Lord spoken, that he may declare it? Why is the land ruined and laid waste like a wilderness, so that no one passes through it?
