H ãy đi, xây về phía bắc, rao lên những lời nầy: Đức Giê-hô-va phán: Hỡi Y-sơ-ra-ên bội nghịch; hãy trở về! Ta sẽ không lấy nét mặt giận nhìn ngươi đâu, vì ta hay thương xót; ta chẳng ngậm giận đời đời, Đức Giê-hô-va phán vậy.

Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say: ‘Return, backsliding Israel,’ says the Lord; ‘I will not cause My anger to fall on you. For I am merciful,’ says the Lord; ‘I will not remain angry forever.
